Offered exclusively at Ascend Erie, UpBeat Fitness is a trainer-led motivational fitness class designed to energize participants with an aerobic full-body workout and stretch set to upbeat tunes with a variety of themes each week. Elevate your heartrate and feel refreshed while building strength and mobility. Expect a warm up, strength/skill segment and conditioning through the use of bodyweight movements and free weights.
